Ministry to Persons with Disabilities (MPWD)

Every person belongs in the family of God

About This Ministry

Who We Are

A ministry that welcomes, includes, and empowers persons with disabilities. We are building a church where everyone can fully take part and belong.

The Ministry to Persons With Disabilities (MPWD) projects the love of Christ to people living with disabilities, winning them for Christ and creating space for them to take an active part in the life of the church. Born out of the church's vision for full inclusion, MPWD works to remove barriers, raise awareness, and train members on disability inclusion. In Australia this means accessible worship, sign language support where possible, and a community where every person is valued, supported, and able to serve.
