What We Believe

The Faith We Hold Together

These are the truths of Scripture that shape who we are — what we trust, how we worship, and the way we live. They are the firm foundation beneath everything we do.

Our statement of faith

Anchored in the Word of God

Across every nation where The Church of Pentecost is found, we share one faith. Our beliefs are not a list of rules to keep, but the good news of who God is and what He has done for us in Jesus Christ.

Each of the tenets below flows from the Bible, which we hold to be the inspired and trustworthy Word of God. Take your time, read them gently, and know that you are welcome here whatever your questions.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching … so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
2 Timothy 3:16–17

What we believe, point by point

Select any tenet to read more. These eleven statements summarise the heart of our faith.

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, true and trustworthy in all it teaches, final in its authority, and complete and sufficient for our faith and daily living.

Still have questions? That is welcome here.

Faith is a journey, and honest questions are part of it. Our pastors would be glad to sit with you, listen, and explore the Bible together — no pressure, and no question too small.
